on 31.05.2023 (Wednesday) our next meeting in the eLab will take place at 15:00. You are all cordially invited to join.

Plenary meeting of the eLab May 4, 2023

Dear eLab enthusiasts,
on 04.05.23 (Thursday) our next plenary meeting will take place at 16:00 in the eLab.

The planned changes for the Articles of Association are the following:

Old Wording:
§ 5 Association Board

3 Expenditures of more than 50€ require a vote in a meeting.
4 The finance officer shall draw up the budget for the following financial year.
New wording:
§ 5 Association Board

3 Expenditures from 50,01 € to 200 € can be decided by a majority of all board members without a meeting and must then be reported in the next meeting, whereby the finance officer also has a veto right.
4 Expenditures from 200.01 € require a vote in a meeting.
5 The finance officer prepares the budget for the following financial year.
