As the last General Assembly on 31.01.2025 was not quorate, we hereby invite you to the next General Assembly on 13.02.2025 at 16:00. This General Assembly will then be quorate without the minimum number of members. The planned agenda remains the same as for the last General Assembly. We want to look back on the year 2024 and discuss how things will continue in 2025.

3 Expenditures from 50,01 € to 200 € can be decided by a majority of all board members without a meeting and must then be reported in the next meeting, whereby the finance officer also has a veto right.
4 Expenditures from 200.01 € require a vote in a meeting.
5 The finance officer prepares the budget for the following financial year.
